An Easter parade of houses in Easter egg colors. I have never seen a purple house before.
Purple is the color of royalty, luxury, wealth, and sophistication.
Lilac is a soft dainty color that is often associated with grandparents or grandchildren, as in greeting cards.
Yellow physically stimulates the mental process, nervous system, memory and communication. Psychologically the happiest color on the spectrum. Songs with yellow in the title are “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road” by Elton John and “Mellow Yellow” by Donovan.
Yellow shines with optimism, enlightenment, and happiness. Yellow sparks creative thoughts.
This is a calming yet invigorating color that restores depleted energy.
If you dream in light blue the emotions associated with this color are calmness, tranquility, steadiness, and sometimes coolness. It can mean wisdom and intuition too.
Adorable Pink house I think. This one, I think is called a Yink. He likes to wink, he likes to drink. He likes to drink, and drink, and drink. The thing he likes to drink is ink. The ink he likes to drink is Pink. He likes to wink and drink Pink ink. So…if you have a lot of ink, then you should get a Yink, I think. Sorry..could not help myself! Wink!
Green is the color of new beginnings. Wear the color green when you want to overcome a sense of thwarted ambition. Green says growth, balance, and harmony.
In dreams, green most often symbolizes healing, balance, and harmony. In some circumstances green indicates envy or jealousy. Yipes!
This multi-pastel house was a must for my Easter Parade of Homes. Easter pastels bring to mind all the clothing, but I also think of how M&Ms and Hershey Kisses dyed their candy to blend in with the Easter basket.
What is your favorite Easter candy? Mine is this dark chocolate covered egg with whipped raspberry filling in it-resistance is futile on my part.
A row of pastel-colored houses perfect for the Easter parade.
Would you, could you an Easter Egg house?
Have a Hoppy Easter. Thank you for stopping by.
