Curb Appeal Home – Charming
Curb appeal home is charming. Fall in love, that is what I did as soon as I saw this Cape Cod home with charming curb appeal. This home tour features detailed millwork stairway, fan windows, a uniquely shaped kitchen island, french doors, a study, first floor gym area, master bedroom and master bathroom with columns, over the garage office space and more. This home is one of many listed on a unique web site called Home Shoot Home, which specifically lists homes in California available for Movie & TV filming.
This Cape Cod home is charming at first glance to me because of the mature ground cover along the steps leading up to the walkway. The home entrance with the fan window above and the motor-washed brick and upper dormers makes it’s curb appeal. Come along as I explore this delectable, delightful home on the inside too.

Love the windows and unusual octagon shape of the island that has shelves and doors for storage.

The columns defining the space are also in the master bathroom upstairs. But, love this hallway.
Did I say I like this hallway? I think I did.

There is that arched opening from the kitchen. New homes have the open design which I like so much, but there is something to be said for defined spaces for privacy and the character it brings to a house. Two steps up to that hallway I like.
A gym on the first floor, oh what lucky-ducks the home owners are to have this room.

The fireplace in the master bedroom is very well done and what I find charming is the three steps down going into and out of this master bedroom.

A drive-by view to say good-bye. It’s has great charming appeal and I am glad I found it. I will remember this house for how unique it is inside and lovely to look at outside.
