A Darling Sacramento CA Home with Beautiful Patio
This little darling Sacramento CA home with beautiful patio just sold. Referred to me by an avid reader, the house is featured on Zillow Digs titled Deck It Out!
Go on Zillow Digs and create an account. Once you have an account you’re able to create boards and save photos by clicking the Dig It heart that then says Dug It. It’s more fun than Pinterest or Instagram. Plus, and you will like this, there are circles on the featured photos to click to find out about the products. That makes it more than just liking a photo on Instagram or saving on Pinterest. Do you dig it?
I would love and adore to have a patio like this someday. When I first saw this set up I thought they hand-built the outside dining area. Nope, this is an entire dining island available in various sizes you can buy.
Inside this Sacramento CA house is stunning. I picked out a few rooms that I think are the best.
The listing details about his home say: “Originally a brass foundry established prior to 1915, many of the original foundry architectural elements have been meticulously incorporated into a stunning modern design with a comfortable and spacious feel.”
Plenty of room for a grand piano in the formal living room with no sofa.
I am swooning over the chandelier.
It’s nice to see deep rich colors on the walls that is like a big warm hug. Isn’t that little desk area inbetween the oven and counters cute?! I especially think the stool tucked underneath the desk is different. Not a cookie cutter kitchen.
There are over 50 photos to see on Zillow Digs of this darling Sacramento CA home and patio. It was listed for $1,200,000. It looks smaller than it is inside with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths plus the patio and pool area are to die for. Thank you Sassy Townhouse Living for referring this home today.
Thank you so much for visiting and commenting, it means a lot to me.
