I can definitely understand why they lived here for so many years. The house reminds me a little of homes I have featured in Carmel-by-the-Sea, but I have not seen any other beautiful homey Spanish-style homes like this Jeff Bridges house in Montecito.
I will forever be a California Spanish-style house wanna-be because I love the warm wood front doors, white stucco exterior, and gorgeous roof tiles for their color and texture.

They have a nice, not too big and not too small, kitchen. I like the cathedral wood ceiling and cabinets, especially the double refrigerator encased in the same warm cabinet wood.
The lovely house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
Their cozy Spanish ranch has a Pool, a large Poolhouse with a family room, and a detached one-bedroom guesthouse. A Sauna, SPA, and barn.
