Jennifer Lopez’s Tranquil Abode
Jennifer Lopez’s home is decorated in the most blissful tones. While doing another post I stumbled upon Veranda’s feature of the inside of the Jennifer Lopez home and I am enchanted.
The article say’s this sofa is called Lunette and it fits into the curve of the staircase beautifully. A Lunette sofa pairs a timeless shape with soft upholstery and elegant rattan. This brings quiet grand architectural elements to any room. Lunette is a half-moon shape, one long seat cushion, and 5 loose back pillows that is artful, elegant and spare. The staircase is not to be ignored either as it is lovely. Jennifer Lopez is elegant herself and the designer for her home captured her essence.

The Tete-a-tete sofa is facing us in the picture above. Tete-a-tete, when talking about a sofa, is a small sofa that seats two people, like a love seat, but you are face to face as you sit on it.
Jennifer Lopez’s kitchen is divine. I also feature it in my post about colored kitchen cabinets under robin’s egg blue kitchen cabinets, but the designer Michelle Workman states in the Veranda article “There are all these tones of gray, and we played with that—using a bit more of a gray-taupe here, a bit more of a gray-blue there,” Michelle Workman is a genius for creating this color.
It’s the most delightful kitchen. The stark contrast of the black oven is perfect. I will not soon forget this kitchen.
A dramatic black table surrounded by the white chairs mirrors the black oven and white kitchen countertops in the kitchen/photo above. As much as I want those white chairs, they would not be white in my house very long. Oh but this is a serene place to be.
Jennifer Lopez probably needs a peaceful place to be when home with how busy she is these days. I am watching all the singing shows including American Idol where she is a judge.
Jennifer Lopez is also doing Q Viva, a talent search reality show in Latin America, which Fox is now airing. So a lovely, calm, and blissful place to come home to is no doubt appreciated.

Jennifer Lopez’s guest bedroom. My eyes go straight to the delightful ceiling fixture. I never saw a softer tone of peach. The bench is in Christian Fischbacher fabric. The headboard and lamp are from Williams-Sonoma Home.
The peach tone is even carried over to the fireplace. It’s an inspired interior and I am glad to have the opportunity to view it.
Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony home is reportedly worth 12 million with 7 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. Now, it’s rumored she will be selling this home due to her divorce from Marc Anthony. If that be true and she is selling, then good-bye blissful home.
