Julia Roberts Home in Greenwich Village

Want to see Julia Roberts home in Greenwich Village? It went on the market this past July and already has a pending offer, that was fast. The Zillow Blog reports Julia Roberts also owns a home in the Manhattan Gramercy Park area that is now rented out, but she is keeping, according to NYPost.

Plus she has a Hawaii Estate that I will show you next week.

Julia Roberts home for sale is on the market for $4,500,000.

Three bedrooms, three bathrooms and wrap-around terraces with great views of Greenwich Village.

The decor is elegant as we would expect of the Pretty Woman. The Stribling listing describes it as “easy and breezy with a magical feeling.”

I call it laid-back Glam.

I LIKE THE FIREPLACE ARCHITECTURE, THE EXTRA LARGE WINDOWS, AND CALM NEUTRAL DECOR.

Julia Roberts net worth is $170 million so little wonder she has homes from east to west.

Her latest movies are a crime thriller The Secret in Their Eyes that comes out in November and drama thriller Money Monster coming out late March of 2016.

Did you see the movie Eat Pray Love that Julia Roberts starred in? I show you one of the houses in the film located in Brooklyn that was for sale. It is a Carriage house that used to be a firehouse and is so fun to see movie houses.

See it here on Eat Pray Love Carriage House For Sale.

  1. I’m normally not a white and pastel palette kind of girl, but this apartment is amazing. I think I could live here without getting bored due to the lack of color. Love all of the shapes and textures. Kudos to the designer. Thanks for sharing. Susie from The Chelsea Project

  2. Hi,

I like this house. It’s very modern and stylish. I can’t imagine living here with kids at all. That just blows my mind that she has these color choices when I know she’s a mother too. I just love that terrace. Any real estate in NYC is good real estate. Nice pad! I could see myself living there.

  9. Location, location, location! Love this place! Like you, the windows and views really struck a chord with me, and the decor isn’t too shabby either. I agree…laid back glam is a great description.

Wouldn’t it be nice to have not just one but TWO apartments in Manhattan?!
