  5. If I could do Jane Coslick cottages everyday, then I would be in heaven. I don’t believe these 2 cottages are Jane’s though, but they may be. You cottage is in a class all its own, like the cover in a magazine.

  7. I have long been a fan of Jane Coslick and her transformations of Tybee Island cottages. One day I would love to see them up close and personal.

    I am surprised at the price of $375,000. There is nothing in our little beach area under $500,000. Jane’s houses are restored so beautifully that I would expect the house to be much more expensive. That doesn’t mean I could afford any of them. We couldn’t afford to buy our own home today. We bought at the bottom of the market.
