There is a magical place in Lyons, Colorado called WeeCasa that is the world’s largest tiny house resort. They have many tiny homes to stay in for a night or longer. I am smitten with the WeeCasa Hobbit House. It stands out from the crowd with its Hobbit details inside and out, like the round entrance door and round windows.
At first glance, you just know The Hobbit House would be a special place to stay.
I have a soft spot for Hobbit houses that I’ve featured in Unusual Homes like the amazing Genuine Hobbit Guest House and others, so today’s WeeCasa is a welcome new tiny and unusual house. Let’s take a wee look!
The WeeCasa Hobbit House is just so darling. I imagine children and adults alike are enchanted by the adorable round entrance door and porthole windows.
There is even a Hobbit doll that sits in the window to keep you company. So cute!
Inside it is just as adorable and whimsical as the outside.
The owner’s attention to hobbit details inside their tiny WeeCasa is seen in the knotty wood stair railing and chandelier and wood floor, kitchen cabinets, and ceiling.

There are a simple shower and toilet which is fantastic and beats using public campground facilities.
A little bit about WeeCASA: “WeeCasa offers tiny houses for nightly rentals in the eclectic town of Lyons: Gateway to the Rockies. The tiny houses are set up neighborhood-style in close proximity to each other and only 100 yards from the River Bend wedding and special event venue.
WeeCasa feels separated. We have nestled the casas into the property to maximize privacy and provide access to the river while allowing all the property users to enjoy the natural beauty without interfering with one another.”
I wish WeeCasa was closer to me. It looks like a perfect place to stay in Colorado to create fun family memories.
