Bungalow For Sale in Beautiful Bluffton South Carolina
BUNGALOW IN A SLEEPY SOUTHERN TOWN
Bungalow for sale is in Bluffton, South Carolina. Bluffton is a sleepy southern town where folks would come to their summer cottages to the Bluff of the May River…famous for their oysters; as told to me by a reader who suggested homes here.
The city describes itself as a “quaint charming town with Antebellum homes, historic churches and unique shops lining the moss-shaded street of their downtown district.” An ideal place to live and I found an ideal Bungalow for sale to match.
Zillow describes this four bedroom home as a “perfect primary or vacation home.” Lovely Bungalow with two master bedrooms on the lower level (I love that feature, don’t you?) and two bedrooms upstairs.
Special antique heart pine floors and some surprises to see. I love a bungalow for their wide welcoming front porches. This home has a cozy screened in porch in the back with beautiful southern views too.
The decorating in this Bungalow for sale stole my heart, so let’s get a look at her.
I am gazing at the lush front yard and equally thick groundcover growing in circles around the trees. A beautiful Southern Belle Bungalow for sale with palm trees standing at salute around her.
I’m picturing the perfect 4th of July and other occasions on the front porch. Looks like the porch is a walk out from all three doors.
The home is decorated throughout with soft hues masterfully blending curtains with walls and furniture to flooring with some pieces grounding the atmosphere. Soft recessed ceiling lighting sets the mood. Amazing how the sofa matches the walls and curtains. I am book marking this kind of decorating for myself.
I am inspired by the this dining rooms unique horizontal chandelier that mirrors the table. Love the pattern on the chairs.
The kitchen cabinets melt into the wall like a dream blended by just a hint of a different tone of paint on them. Masterfully done to give this slim galley kitchen a big feeling.
Hope you noticed the transom windows on both ends of the kitchen.
Um, yeah. My head gets easily turned by all the homes featured on the blog, but time and time again peace washes over me every time I see ivory like this. I am staring at the gleaming appliances too.
The drawing room type barn doors leading to this bedroom are just wonderful. Examples of this kind of door are plastered all over Pinterest. At last I found a real house with them in action. Lots of light coming in from the three windows.
Why use wood doors or panels to cloak your closet when it can be covered in billowy curtains! An elegant feature in all the bedrooms that I will not soon forget.
I wanted to give you a better look at the unusual barn doors.
The color and texture on the walls screams of the south in a palm tree fashion.
Love the children’s fun bed. More of the curtains on the closet.
Just a darling Bungalow from the front to back. It doesn’t come cheap with an asking price near a million at $995,000. There are four bathrooms, four bedrooms, and 2,182 square feet.
The asking price may be fueled by the house yes, but it has some pretty nice scenery too.
I hope you enjoyed this southern Bungalow. My favorite part is the peaceful decorating.
