  1. I know what you mean about not wanting to live by the water – I think of it all the time when I see lovely homes on the ocean front. It is a risk! It is hot here today and I thought of your bows as the daughter wanted to put the little dog coat on and I thought…got to get a bow. I just bought a grooming kit and am going to learn to do the cuts myself- LOL Oh poor doggie is going to have some bad cut days.

  2. Awwww, you’re very sweet to say that Sue. Thank you so much for the compliment. It’s crazy that in NY and NJ, living on the water used to be considered a luxury and a treat. Now, people are avoiding those kinds of properties like the plague. I know quite a few people who lived in areas like Tom’s River in NJ that may never be able to move back..

  5. Hi Maude- You’re right. One of my first thoughts about the house was Hurricane Sandy. The house location seems like a Hurricane Sandy area, but I am not sure. Even so, it has stood the test of time otherwise. Loved seeing you dog bows. We have a small 12 pound Cavachon that would look fantastic in one of your bows. I have bookmarked your site. Thanks for stopping and hope you will be back soon.

  6. What a beautiful place to call home. I have to wonder though, how a home like that would do in a severe hurricane like the one we experienced not too long ago.

  7. Hi and thanks for stopping in again. I believe drams are extensions of thoughts, but when they rarely are not, that is the mystery!
