Small Cape Cod House in Maine is the Most Adorable

I found the most adorable small cape cod house in Bristol, Maine way up north in snow country. If you’re experiencing a lot of snow this winter, think about Maine where quite possibly this kind of snow and winter cold is the expected norm.
Nevermind that, this cape cod has to be the sweetest home waiting out the long winter and is just perfect for a new home or a place to hang your hat on vacation. I don’t have a hat, but I’d love to have this nice cape cod house.
For sale and the listing says it’s in New Harbor, ME/ Bristol ME. I’ve been to Maine before virtually at my friend’s vacation cottages Periwinkle and Serendipity in Little Deer Isle which is south of Bristol, Maine. Oh they are the sweetest little rental units, If you have not seen them yet, take the home tour. Don’t get lost over there though and come back to see today’s little cape cod doll of a house.
The summer’s in Maine are gorgeous with warm sunny days and no to low humidity, just like I like it in the summer.
Love the porch surrounded by the perennial gardens.
Just the most picture perfect little cape cod fireplace and then the cottage table and chairs are adorable.
There is not a lot of details about the home. I assume this is the sunroom.
Okay this looks like a wide galley kitchen or really two sides to the kitchen area divided by the bay window.
I love seeing the fishing village photos like this of the area that for a land-locked person like me is idyllic and I romanticize towns and villages like this. New Harbor looks like a peaceful place to live. I might run away and live there hopefully in a small cape cod house like this.
