Often, I feature other people’s homes, but I found a new home builder site to interact with called Schumacher Homes where you can make a scrapbook of your favorite home exteriors and interiors, so I am sharing my favorites with you here today. Enjoy the home show and see a little information about America’s largest custom home builder below.

There are plenty of homes to choose from on their site. I had to make up my mind and I chose the Greenville Sonoma series home starting at $222,153 at 2693 square feet.

Of course, this is the basic and any home buyer can go bigger and upgrade the amenities. So check out the eye candy interiors below that I found on their photo line up starting with great rooms.

I am naming this The Grandeur room. Beautiful decorating ideas here like the somewhat obscured black chair and a tall mirror reflecting the light.

Dark kitchen cabinets add drama and sophistication to this kitchen by Schumacher Homes

I normally only like wood and white kitchen cabinets, but dark cabinets like above are starting to grow on me. Black is dramatic!

Love the brick entryway into their sunroom.

As such a large home builder, Schumacher Homes is able to “buy superior products at lower prices and have them included as standard features.”

If I were going to build a new home, Schumacher would be a good candidate for this reason alone, let alone the new designs they offer. If you have your own design ideas they also “deliver YOUR dream home.”
