Steve Martin Lists St.Barth Mansion For 11.4 million
Steve Martin has quite the 11.4 million dollar (price update is below) mansion up for sale in St. Barth. It’s in the hills of “Lurin, with panoramic views of St. Jean Bay”- San Francisco Chronicle. The real estate listing with St. Barth Properties said the mansion is called, Villa Au Soleil. Au Soleil in French means the sun.
It’s on a hill allowing unprecedented views. Besides that, Steve Martin’s villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms that are private suites, a media space, many terraces, a sun deck, Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, gazebo, and a sight to see two-tiered infinity pool. The house has an unusual U-shape encased for privacy by lush tropical landscaping.
I had no idea where Lurin or St. Jean Bay was in the world, nor have I even heard of Lurin. It is a Caribbean Island location where many stars hangout for fun in the sun especially during Christmas and New Years. Of course!
Let’s look at this lovely because as far as island mansions go, Steve Martin who has a net worth of $110 million, has a casual, relaxed atmosphere island mansion in a killer location for a vacation.

Brings new meaning to open floor plan with unobstructed view even in the backyard.
UPDATE: The price of this Steve Martin mansion in St. Barth is now reduced to $10,590,000.

Steve Martin said on the Letterman show this year he is now a Dad of a girl at the age of 67. Imagine that! I did not even know he was not a Dad to begin with, so that was a reveal. Perhaps being a Daddy now is fueling the sale of his Villa Au Soleil.
