Ethan Hawke’s NYC Manhattan Townhouse is $6.25 Million
Actor Ethan Hawke’s Manhattan Townhouse is on the real estate block for 6.25 million. The townhouse has a retro style kitchen with a Big Chill refrigerator and soda fountain stools, and a Coca-Cola machine in the media room. The living area has a wall of bookshelves painted in a green tone I’ve seen a lot lately. The decorating throughout the townhouse is full of fun features.
The townhouse’s address is 353 West 21st Street; Eight Avenue & Ninth, Chelsea, by Corcoran Group Real Estate whose listing reads it is a “renovated Chelsea townhouse, with six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms in 3,500 square feet.” I remember Ethan Hawke best from his supporting role in Dead Poet’s Society. I am surprised to learn while researching today that Ethan Hawke was once married to Uma Thurman and they have two children together. Ethan Hawke’s net worth is listed as $45 Million on Celebrity Net Worth.
A lovely tree-lined street to call home in Manhattan. There are a total of 11 rooms in this 4-level townhouse.
One of my favorite color combinations is red-orange and this dark yellow. The yellow on the kitchen cabinets paired with the red Big Chill refrigerator, red soda fountain stools, red dinner plates and canisters, on top of the rich wood colored floor looks fantastic! I think the refrigerator is a red-orange and not a true red. It’s a small kitchen with a huge impact.
It’s the most colorful townhouse. What do you think of this green? I don’t like this bright green color personally, but it oddly makes the room happy. The listing calls this “The parlor.”
The media room with Coca-Cola machine.
More color in the children’s bedroom with a wall of bookcases, plenty of room to play and a fireplace.
Love the master suite fireplace brick and blue colored walls.
I don’t usually do a Celebrity house post twice a week, but just had to show you the colorful rooms in this townhouse and most especially the retro kitchen.
