I took my time pouring over every kind of house style imaginable from big to small. I found the most wonderful house from their Cape Cod & New England house plans complete with white picket fence. I also found a delightful pink southern-type Key West house they call Highland Hollow Florida Home.
The cape cod home was tugging at my heart-strings as soon as I laid eyes on the soft cream exterior paired with turquoise shutters. The front porch is just the right size. I love the little window and window box in-between the dormers. A perfect white picket fence surrounds the home and frames the yard and driveway like Wisteria Lane.
The dining room is exquisitely decorated. The black and gold chairs with the circle backs and white on white chandelier make this room elegant.
The open kitchen has a New England Cape Cod home design. Love the kitchen layout with the small bay window bump out. The kitchen table wicker chairs must be comfortable to sit in and look fantastic. Fanciful white chandelier hangs above the table as if it is trumpeting Good Morning.
Family Room and Bedroom below both have french doors.
Comfy cozy bedroom.

HomePlansandMore Old Key West Charmer with covered porch. I double adore this pink lady charmer. It reminds me of Louisiana too. Check out the little Bahama Island awning to the left of the upper porch. The color combination here is a standout.
A peek inside does not disappoint. I always love island ceiling fans. My head is turned easily as far as houses go, from old to new, but this pink Florida Home now takes first place. Wouldn’t it be nice to live in a sweet house like this?
